American Outlet is liable under the warranty if a manufacturing defect is found within two years from the date of receipt of the product by the Customer. The claim for the removal of the defect or replacement of the product with a product free from defects expires after one year from the date of reporting the defect. With any claim, American Outlet has the right to repair or replace the product once, but only if it is able to do so promptly and without undue inconvenience to the consumer. If the defect reappears after such treatment, the Customer has the right to unconditionally demand reimbursement. In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the contract resulting from the incorrect execution of the order by American Outlet, the Customer is obliged to notify the store of the non-compliance within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Then the store undertakes to reimburse the full cost of the order, including shipping the goods to the store that are not in accordance with the order. Complaints should be sent by e-mail to the following address: poczta@americanoutlet.pl. American Outlet will respond to the Customer's complaint promptly, but no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt. If the store does not respond to the complaint, it is considered in favor of the customer. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the complaint department on his own. If the claim is accepted, the cost of sending the goods will be refunded to the Customer to the indicated bank account.

We guarantee the right to return the ordered goods without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. Due to hygienic conditions, underwear is not returnable. Goods that do not meet your expectations should be sent to American Outlet to the following address:

Returned goods should be unused, clean, odorless and contain all the tags it had at the time of receipt. The goods offered in the catalog as a set should be sent back in full. Please keep to the specified return date. We always pack the shipped goods carefully and with great care, which is why we ask you to carefully pack the returned goods, which will allow the shipment to reach us safely. After collecting the returned package and checking the quality of the returned goods by the quality controller, the refund will be made within 14 working days by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer.
Exchanges
The consumer has the right to exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. Due to hygienic conditions, underwear is not subject to exchange. In the event of replacement, it must be previously reported to the seller by phone or e-mail using the following contact details:

If the replacement product is more expensive than the product being returned, American Outlet will inform the Customer and provide the Customer with the necessary information to make the surcharge. When exchanging, the cost of re-sending the goods is in accordance with our price list. After prior agreement of the exchange, the goods should be sent back to the following address:
