Courier delivery is a fast and reliable way of delivering parcels throughout the country. After the order has been shipped, the package will be delivered the next business day. The customer has the ability to constantly track the route followed by the shipment and the places where it is located. Therefore, for orders over 250 PLN, we would like to offer you a courier delivery by DHL Parcel partner company completely free of charge.

Products in the American Outlet warehouse in Poland are completed into orders and shipped from 3 to 5 working days, after which we send them by the method of shipment chosen by you. Shipment in Poland takes up to two business days.

Products with a specific date are goods in stock in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. The presented date of this product is the estimated time of delivery to the warehouse in Poland. After receiving the parcel in Poland, the purchased goods are sent by selected form of shipment to the address provided by the customer. The date of delivery to the customer's hands can be defined as the date presented plus 1 to 2 business days for delivery by the selected courier. The given delivery date is only a estimated date given by the delivery companies cooperating with the American Outlet.

When purchasing products with a longer delivery date, the customer is informed of any changes and has the right to change / cancel the order until the goods are shipped to the address provided by the customer.

In busy periods (before holidays, promotions, discounts), the implementation time is extended. Our staff will make every effort to ensure that the delivery of your orders is carried out at the highest level and in the shortest possible time. We also encourage you to contract with the service, in case of any doubts, as well as for urgent orders. Then we try to fulfill such orders first.

5. GLS Courier - 29.00 PLN for orders on delivery.
6. GLS Courier - 13.00 PLN for orders up to 300.00 PLN.
7. Pocztex courier (Poczta Polska) - 14.00 PLN for all orders.
8. Inpost courier (Parcel locker) - 13 PLN throughout Poland.

Delivery prices refer to orders throughout Poland. The prices of deliveries to abroad are given during the order realization depending on the choice of the country of delivery.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are subject to customs formalities. The shipping cost indicated in the order is the price of the transport itself, without taking into account any tax and duty imposed in the destination country which the recipient is required to pay before collecting the parcel.
